Spearheaded a complete overhaul of the company’s web design protocol, recieved two awards at the Inland Empire Advertisement Awards, as well as led the team to adopt new standards in our design system all within the first year. My responsibilities included creating high-fidelity web design mockups for clients, regularly producing designs at multiple screen sizes for responsive design, as well as designing print collateral for clients ranging from business card designs, to flyers and brochures, to letterheads. This position allowed me to work very closely with both the design and development teams to optimize our collaboration, efficiency, and understanding of each other’s expertise.
